We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

Bespoke and made-to-order items may take slightly longer. You will receive an estimated delivery window at checkout.

Room of Choice Delivery

Our delivery team will bring your order to your room of choice — no struggling with heavy furniture.

Assembly Service

Professional assembly is available on selected products. Our team will assemble your furniture and remove all packaging.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Restrictions

Free delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only. We are currently unable to offer free delivery to the following regions:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH postcodes)
• Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
• Isle of Man (IM postcodes)
• Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
• Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)
• Channel Islands (JE, GY postcodes)
