Our Policies in Detail

We believe a great bed is an investment, and good policies should reflect that. Below is everything you need to know about our guarantee, returns, refunds and the things we cannot accept back. If anything is unclear, please get in touch — we would rather answer a question early than sort out a problem later.

Every bed frame, divan base and headboard we sell is covered by a 5-year structural guarantee from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in the frame, joints, fixings and base construction under normal domestic use.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Normal use means the bed is assembled according to the supplied instructions, placed on a flat level floor, and used as a bed by people within the stated weight rating.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, jumping, standing on the bed or moving it while assembled
  • Cosmetic wear on fabric, piping and stitching over time
  • Damage caused by spills, pets or incorrect cleaning
  • Beds used in commercial settings (hotels, B&Bs, rentals)

For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. This is standard practice across the UK bedding industry.

If a mattress arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with photos within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging, unassembled and unused
  • Free from marks, smells, pet hair and damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return collection is arranged through us. A collection fee may apply depending on location and product size, and will be deducted from the refund.

Once a returned item arrives at our warehouse it is inspected within 3 working days. If it meets the return criteria, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

If an item shows signs of use, damage or missing components, we may reduce the refund or refuse the return. In that case, we will contact you first to explain and offer the item back at our cost.

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know within 14 days with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will replace the item, send the affected part or issue a refund — whichever makes most sense.

Please do not attempt to return a faulty item yourself before speaking to us, as we may need to arrange a specific collection.
