How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5-10 working days. Made-to-order items may take 7-14 working days. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched.

Can I customise my bed?

Yes! All our beds are fully configurable. You can choose your size, fabric, colour, drawer configuration, and more using our online configurator.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer 0% finance on orders over £500, spread over 6 or 12 months. Klarna pay later is also available. See our Finance Options page for details.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. See our Returns & Cancellations page for full details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@bedsruz.co.uk. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes, professional assembly is available. Our team will assemble your furniture in your room of choice and remove all packaging.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our website include VAT at the standard UK rate.
