30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Assembly must not have begun.
Cancellations
Before dispatch: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, return shipping costs may apply.
How to Return
Email support@bedsruz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange collection.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
